What makes a teacher great?

Teachers are great tools for economic transformation.

When I think of why I joined and remained on the teaching profession, I feel a great pride and I am grateful for the opportunity to impact young people.

If you take away the love of working with students and the great joy I delight in knowledge delivery (teaching), you probably won’t find me in the teaching profession.

I have taught for over nine years (including the years I spent as a private tutor). Within these years, God has given me the platform to mentor and groom students.

I started a podcast dedicated to helping students gain clarity in their academics and career choices. You can subscribe or follow the podcast here

What makes teachers great is not the teaching skills we possess (AI can also teach) but the passion, dedication, sacrifice and love we put into teaching.

For us, teaching is beyond standing before a group of students and trying to make them understand our subjects. We see it as a opportunity to change lives and make the future generations better off.

What are your daily habits?

Habits are easy to make but hard to break. So, beware and incorporate the rights habits for a purposeful life.

My daily habits include studying my Bible, praying, medication, reading, self-motivation, surfing the internet for opportunities and enlightenment.
